Real-world evidence for COSELA
Real-world evidence for COSELA

FEWER hospitalizations with COSELA in a real-world study2

RATE OF HOSPITALIZATIONSa

  • Lower incidence of hospitalizations within 21 days after index and between 8 to 16 days after index in patients receiving COSELA based on real-world data2
  • The most common adverse reactions (≥10%) were fatigue, hypocalcemia, hypokalemia, hypophosphatemia, increased aspartate aminotransferase, headache, and pneumonia

Hospitalization was evaluated only in the Integra Connect study. Although the sample size was limited, the findings suggest lower hospitalization rate and shorter length of stay in the COSELA cohort.2

Real-world evidence is observational and may be subject to limitations, including lack of randomization.
